Mission Statement of the Korean Art Society

The Korean Art Society is a non-profit educational organization founded in 2008 with the purpose of promoting appreciation of Korean art and culture. We achieve this through activities such as guided tours of Korean art exhibitions and collections, including visits to museum storage rooms, and through the publication of the only English-language periodical outside of Korea on Korean art, the Korean Art Society Journal, and its distribution to the over 4,000 worldwide members of the Korean Art Society.
